DOK.fest München opens a window to the world with 130 of the best current international documentaries.

In the movies and at home

This year’s DOK.fest once again presents a selection of the best in recent documentary filmmaking, with a varied programme of competitions, specials and panel discussions. Featuring Turkey as guest country, the festival also pays tribute to Austrian director Nikolaus Geyrhalter, presents a retrospective of African cinema, and more.

 

In the Gasteig HP8, the festival presents a daily selection of films in cooperation with the Munich City Library and the DOK.education children’s and youth programme.
