Moodsuits® are design objects that build a bridge between people affected by chronic stress symptoms, depression and anxiety disorders and their social environment. They lend a simple form to frequently reported psychosomatic sensations and allow them to be physically experienced.

Moodsuits® are design objects that build a bridge between people affected by chronic stress symptoms, depression and anxiety disorders and their social environment. They lend a simple form to frequently reported psychosomatic sensations and allow them to be physically experienced.

Worn on the head or body, the Moodsuits provide an intuitive, experience-based approach. The idea behind the Moodsuits originates in the fields of cognitive science and psychology, specifically the embodiment concept, which sees the body and mind as being mutually interrelated. The Moodsuits haven been developed based on interviews with patients and on the ICD-10 symptom descriptions.

ShitShow, a consulting agency and think tank, is continually researching and trialling new forms of collaboration and communication to create healthy working environments.
