Patagonia in the early 20th century: a wealthy landowner hires an expedition to secure the borders of his extensive property by force. The expedition consists of an unscrupulous Scottish soldier, a Texan cowboy and a native mestizo. Mistrust is rife and betrayal is in the air. The protagonists’ inner wilderness poisons the beauty of nature.
