This dance workshop takes you on a personal, creative journey. Using playful exercises taken from modern creative expressive dance, you will learn to better understand and express yourself and your body, and you will enter into communication with others.
The event ends at 3.30 PM; max. 24 participants
Impetus Tanz is a non-profit organisation that offers dance projects for amateurs that are aimed at people with mental illnesses or suffering mental stress of any kind. The goal is to utilise the far-reaching positive effects of dance and art to help participants regain their self-confidence and sense of wellbeing.
