Dancing together in a circle is an ancient, tried-and-tested form of human togetherness. The focus here is on the unifying experience of community, in which everyone supports each other without even fully realising it.

In Anja Jablonski-Sacher’s workshop, the simple steps and movements danced together to music seem easy with other people moving through the room to the same rhythm. Dancing is also a playful form of coordination training that clears the mind, improves concentration and promotes physical and mental relaxation by focussing on the here and now. And best of all: whether you’re young or old, big or small – everyone can take part.
